Picoza AI (the "app") is operated by IWE Techs, Rajkot, Gujarat, India ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the app and our website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If you have any question, or want to use any of your rights, write to support@iwetechs.com.

When you create an image, the photo you uploaded and the instructions for your chosen style are sent to an AI image service to generate the result. Depending on the style, this is Google's Gemini API, the FLUX model by Black Forest Labs served through fal.ai, or OpenAI's GPT Image API. The app asks for your permission before your first photo is uploaded.
These services process your photo only to produce your image, under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not use your photos or images to train AI models, and we do not give them to anyone for that purpose. Your uploaded photo is deleted from our servers as soon as your image has been made (or has failed). The created image is stored so you can see it in My Creations.
Before an image is created, the photos you upload (your own photo, and in Remix the look photo) and any text you write are first checked by an automatic safety filter (OpenAI's Moderation API) so we don't create harmful content. Nothing is charged if something is blocked. If you tap "Improve", the idea you wrote is sent to Google's Gemini API to rewrite it as a more detailed description; you can undo the change.
Please only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to it.
We share personal data only with the companies that help us run the app, and only as much as they need:
Other users: on Top Creators, other users see your first name and the first letter of your last name (or "Player #" and a number), your rank and how many images you created (never the images themselves). Nobody else can see your photos or images unless you share them yourself. When you share an image made with Write, the share includes a link to the idea you wrote (only the text, not your photo or the image) and your invite code; anyone with that link can see that text.
We may also share data if the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our users or of us, or as part of a merger or sale of the business (in which case this policy will continue to apply). We do not sell your personal data.
We process your data to provide the service you signed up for (contract); for fraud prevention, security and improving the app (legitimate interests); for personalised ads and processing your photos with AI (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time); and where the law requires it (legal obligation).
The app is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you are under 18, please use the app only with the permission of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email us and we will delete it.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), store sign-in tokens securely on your device, and limit who can access our systems. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will tell you, as the law requires, if a breach affects you.
We are based in India. The services listed in section 5 may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and for important changes we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means the new policy applies.
